Mother’s day Crafts For Kids, Preschoolers and Toddlers
The greatest thing she’d learned over the years is that there’s no way to be a perfect mother, but a million ways to be a good one.
“There should be more then one day to celebrate the women who raised us.”
You hear my pain when everyone else goes deaf
You always make smile when I think I can’t.
You listen to my secrets and make them yours.
You give me a hug when I can’t find my voice.
You wipe away the tears that the world makes me weep.
You mean more to me than you’ll ever know.
You’re my best friend.
You’re my guardian angel.
You’re my mum
How did you find the energy, Mom
To do all the things you did,
To be teacher, nurse and counselor
To me, when I was a kid.
How did you do it all, Mom,
Be a chauffeur, cook and friend,
Yet find time to be a playmate,
I just can’t comprehend.
I see now it was love, Mom
That made you come whenever I’d call,
Your inexhaustible love, Mom
And I thank you for it all.
Loving hands quickly reach
Each time she hears a cry
Lifting up to comfort
And kiss the tears all dry
Weary eyes refusing sleep
Stay the whole night through
Her child is sick and hurting
Her tender care is due
The many tasks all done in love
To make it through each day
Seem to go unnoticed
Till she is gone away
A Mother is that someone
With a mission from above
Imparting to her children
The image of God’s love
